Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when purchasing or registering for our Services.
• Course name, ZIP code, and account credentials when setting up a Manager Portal account.
• Incident reports, descriptions, locations, staff names, and any photos or media submitted through SimpleSafe.
• Staff roster information entered into the Manager Portal.
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages visited and time spent on our website.
• IP address and general location data.
• Timestamps associated with incident submissions and drill completions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
• Process purchases and deliver access keys and account credentials.
• Send transactional emails including purchase confirmations, access keys, and setup instructions.
• Enable course managers to review incident reports and track staff activity within the Manager Portal.
• Send product-related communications such as trial sequences, renewal reminders, and feature updates.
• Improve and develop our Services based on usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Incident Data and SimpleSafe

Incident reports submitted through SimpleSafe are stored in your course's Firebase database and are accessible to authorized managers through the Manager Portal. This data is associated with your course account and is not shared with third parties except as described in Section 5. You are responsible for managing access to your Manager Portal and the incident records stored therein.

PGI does not use incident report data for marketing purposes or share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of our Services may not function properly without them. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on our site.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers — Third-party vendors who help us operate our Services, including Firebase (Google) for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Make.com for workflow automation. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including a subpoena, court order, or government request.
• Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account information and incident records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you close your account or your subscription expires, we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes. Our Services use Firebase's security infrastructure and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
