Click this panel to access two powerful tools:

  • Shotgun Start Calculator - Quickly check where any cart should be during shotgun events
  • Pace Setting - Adjust target pace for your course (4 hours 15 min, 4:30, etc.)

📝 Log Cart Tee Times

Simple 3-step process:

  1. Enter cart number (5, 12, 23, etc.)
  2. Set their tee time
  3. Click "Log Tee Time"

The cart instantly appears in the table below with real-time pace tracking.

💡 Takes 5 seconds per cart - perfect for busy mornings at the first tee

📍 Benchmark Position

Shows where each cart should be right now based on your course's target pace.

Format: Hole Number + Position

  • T = On the Tee
  • F = In the Fairway
  • G = On the Green

Example: "12 F" means they should be in the fairway on hole 12

💡 Rangers can instantly see which groups are falling behind without doing mental math

⛳ Shotgun Start Calculator

Purpose: Quick reference for tournament shotgun starts where groups don't begin on hole 1.

How it works:

  1. Enter starting hole (1-18)
  2. Enter when they teed off
  3. Click Calculate

Shows where that cart should be RIGHT NOW based on your course pace.

💡 Example: Cart started on hole 10 at 8:00 AM. It's now 9:30 AM. Where should they be? Answer: Hole 12, Fairway

⏱️ Adjust Target Pace

Customize pace expectations for YOUR course.

Different courses have different ideal paces based on:

  • Course difficulty
  • Weather conditions
  • Terrain and layout
  • Player skill level

Set it to 4 hours, 4:15, 4:30, 5:00, or any time between 3.5-5.5 hours.

Golf course manager purchases SimplePace subscription ($900/year)

What happens: Make.com automation immediately sends welcome email with unique PACE access key (e.g., PACE00123)

Email contains direct link to: simplepace.golf/admin_setup.html

Manager enters:

  • PACE access key from email
  • Admin email address
  • Password (creates account)
  • Course name
  • Zip code

Behind the scenes:

  • Firebase creates authenticated user account
  • Course document created in database
  • Manager account linked to this specific course
  • Default pace set to 4.5 hours

Auto-redirects to Cart Tracker → Ready to use immediately!

Next day and every day after:

  • Staff opens browser on phone/tablet
  • Goes to simplepace.golf
  • If logged in → straight to tracker
  • If not logged in → quick login screen
